Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Monthly service fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our core services, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

All content, features, and functionality of TelzLink services are owned by TelzLink and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason with reasonable notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELZLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
