1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TelzLink's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all users of our platform, including customers, partners, and visitors.

2. Description of Services

TelzLink provides cloud-based telecommunications services including but not limited to:

  • Virtual/DID phone numbers in 140+ countries
  • SIP trunking services
  • AI-powered call center platform
  • White-label telecommunications solutions
  • API access for developers
  • Call routing, recording, and analytics

Services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use TelzLink services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or violation of any laws or regulations
  • Harassment, abuse, or threats toward any person
  • Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications
  • Fraudulent activities or impersonation
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Interfering with or disrupting our services or servers
  • Accessing or attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Robocalling or autodialing without proper consent and compliance

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and legal action.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Pricing for services is as specified on our website or in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Billing

Services are billed monthly or as otherwise specified. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Monthly service fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Service Level Agreement

6.1 Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our core services, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

6.2 Support

24/7 technical support is available via email, phone, and live chat. Response times vary based on severity and service tier.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect, process, and store data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA where applicable.

You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TelzLink services are owned by TelzLink and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELZLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
