Developer questions

How do I get API access?

API access is currently invite-based through the developer early-access program — that lets us onboard every integration personally and keep the API stable as it expands. Join the program (or contact support 24/7) and we'll set you up with credentials and documentation for your use case.

How does authentication work?

Standard API-key authentication over HTTPS, with keys managed from your account. Full authentication docs are provided when you're onboarded to the developer program.

Can I integrate my PBX or dialer without the API?

Yes — SIP trunking and virtual numbers work today over standard SIP with any compliant PBX, no API required. The API is specifically for programmatic account, number, and campaign management.

Will there be SDKs?

SDKs for common languages are on the roadmap after the core REST API expands to general availability. Developer-program members hear about SDK availability first.
